La casa del Nonno is an annex of the main Provencal style villa, hidden in the Marche hills. The apartment is part of a property of 9 hectares cultivated among ancient olive trees and vines and is surrounded by a large garden, for the exclusive use of guests, full of Roman pines, cypresses and firs. The dependance consists of two comfortable bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), a living room with sofa bed for 2, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy yourself and a bathroom with shower and bidet.

La casa del Nonno is located in the municipality of Montefelcino, an ancient medieval fiefdom famous for its feudal market, celebrated with the costumes of the time (from 15 July to 15 August). Thanks to its position immersed in a nature reserve, it is not unusual to meet roe deer and other small wild animals. It is also particularly suitable both for visiting cities of art such as Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi, and for the most famous seaside resorts Fano (20 km), Cattolica, Rimini. Nearby you can find typical trattorias and inns of the place. The owner is in contact with the quarrymen of the area to search for excellent truffles and can therefore give you information if you are interested.
